We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. The shipping cost is included in the price of your item, so there are never any surprises at checkout.

Carrier and Method

We exclusively use USPS Ground Advantage for all shipments.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). This is the time it takes for us to prepare and package your order for mailing.

Delivery Estimate

Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and dropped off at USPS.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Tracking updates usually appear on the USPS website within 24 hours of shipment.

Our Delivery Guarantee (Lost Packages)

If the USPS tracking status does not show "Delivered" after 10 days from the date of shipment, you may choose either a full refund or a free reshipment of your order.

  • Lost or Stolen: We are not responsible for packages that USPS tracking confirms were successfully delivered to the correct address but are subsequently lost or stolen (e.g., porch piracy).

  • Misplaced by the recipient.

  • Delivered to an Incorrect Address because the address provided by the customer at the time of order was wrong.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all U.S. States and U.S. Territories (including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, as allowed by USPS).

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.
